Avenue between Diversey and Armitage. Rents can range from studio

Lincoln Park, which was the name of the neighborhood ranges from Ardmore
Avenue south to North Avenue. The park contains a zoo, an outdoor theater, a
rowing canal, the Notebart Peggy Nature Museum, ponds, playing fields and a
large statue of General Grant. The famous restaurant, North Pond, located in
the park.
